#A video matching fee of $0.35 to $0.75 is charged to match your licence plate number to an account when you travel without a tag. The fee varies depending on the road you travel on.

Taxis and airports


To travel to an airport with your taxi, you'll need an Prepaid Account or an approved Commercial Account and a working tag. You can't access the airport Taxi Primary Holding Area with a pass. 

Airport charges will appear on your account statement as 'Melbourne Airport'.

Drivers for ridesharing companies, such as Uber, OLA and DiDi, can cover toll road travel with a Prepaid or Postpaid Account.
