*With your Commercial, Tag or Tagless account you can cover trips made up to 9 days ago in Queensland, NSW and Victoria, except for the Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel (NSW), or EastLink (Victoria). To pay for past travel on these roads, you'll need to buy a separate pass.
Road Passes can be backdated by up to 5 days to cover travel on all QLD toll roads.
A Tag or Tagless account suits the regular user, while a Commercial account includes advanced features designed to help fleet managers track toll charges. These features make it easy to get itemised financial data and analyse your expenses.
With a Commercial account you receive monthly tax invoices and can pay your fees and charges at the end of every month.
Toll charges are the same whether you have a Commercial, Tag or Tagless account.
Yes you can. A Commercial account is an easy way for large businesses to manage toll costs for an unlimited number of fleet vehicles.
You can apply for a Commercial account online. You’ll need to provide us with the following info:
Once your account is active, you can start using toll roads using the vehicle listed on your account. However, unless you have a tag installed in your vehicle, you’ll be charged a small additional fee when you pass through a toll point.
When you open your account, you have the option of ordering a tag when entering your vehicle’s details.
Please note that you’ll need to agree to a credit check. We may also ask for additional financial information to complete the application process.
Transurban Invoice Manager (TIM) is a free computer program that helps Linkt commercial customers analyse trip data and produce detailed reports and graphs of their toll road usage. It also assists with the calculation of fringe benefit tax obligations.
To help you use TIM, we've created a guide to format your raw data file to upload to TIM.
