Things you need to know

  • How to redeem your Star Car Wash rewards

    To redeem your Star Car Wash offer:

    1. Open the Linkt app

    2. Tap the 'Rewards' tab

    3. Tap on the Star Car Wash offer to reveal offer details

    4. Agree to the offer T&Cs

    5. Tap 'Redeem' to go to the partner offer landing page 

    6.  

      Choose between the Platinum Wash, Star Polish, Interior Detail, or Full Detail service

       

    7. Book your Star Car Wash in advance by selecting your preferred location

    8. Complete your booking - your Linkt Rewards discount will be automatically applied 

  • Sharing your rewards

    You need to access the Star Car Wash offer through the Linkt app.

    Linkt Customer Rewards is available to all Linkt account holders (excluding passes and Commercial Accounts). So, if you have more than one person on your account, there's no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in to the Linkt app with their username and password to access the rewards.

  • Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

    No. Linkt Customer Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Having trouble redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards?

    Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards: 

    • Retrying after seeing an error. If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens, try redeeming the offer again.

    • Updating your app to the latest version. To access Linkt Customer Rewards, you'll need the latest version of the Linkt app. 

    • Checking your Linkt account is not suspended. If your account is suspended, you won't have access to Linkt Customer Rewards. You'll need to make a payment on your account to bring your account out of suspension and access the rewards program.
