What’s changed?

Prepaid accounts

New product name and brand

Your go via Prepaid account is now called a Linkt Prepaid Tag and Tagless account.

There have been some changes to our fee structure:

  • We’ve reduced the tag non-return fee from $47.78 to $15
  • We’ve removed the $1.19 retail service fee
  • We’ve reduced the fee for out of cycle statements from $3.59 to $2.75

Don’t forget, from 1 July 2018 there will be a small Payment Card Surcharge on account payments made by credit or debit card. This is a straight pass through of costs from your financial institution. To avoid this fee, you can set up your account to make payments via direct debit from your preferred bank account.

go via Road Pass

Your go via Road Pass is now call a Linkt Road Pass to reflect the brand change.

Commercial accounts

New brand

Your go via Postpaid Commercial account is now called a Linkt Commercial account.

There have been some changes to our fee structure:

  • We’ve reduced the tag non-return fee from $47.78 to $15
  • We’ve reduced the fee for out of cycle statements from $3.59 to $2.75
  • An Overdue Interest Charge will apply to late invoice payments, but you can easily avoid this fee by switching to auto payments so your payment is taken on the due date.
