On 23 August 2020, all E-way Commercial customers became Linkt commercial customers. This means some new benefits for your business, including lower fees, flexible payment options, and a better digital experience when managing your account online. There are some key changes to company details and invoicing files that you’ll need to pass on to relevant team members.
We've taken care of switching things over for you. It's likely we've already contacted you by email to let you know about your new Linkt account. But if you haven't received an email from us yet, check the junk folder of the email that was connected to your E-way account. To find out more information about your switch to Linkt, you can read through the information on this page. You might also want to add @digital.linkt.com.au to your email platform to make sure all relevant communications go straight to your inbox from now on.
There are some details you'll need to update to reflect the move from E-way to Linkt. These include:
You've been switched over to a Linkt Commercial account. As part of these account changes, your existing Customer Service Agreement will be novated (or transferred) from E-way to Linkt.

We hope that sharing this will help provide you with a smooth transition to the way Linkt supplies its trip and payment data.
All vehicles, except for motorcycles, have been migrated over with the class of 'Car'. This is true for both Class A vehicles (typically cars and motorcycles) and Class B vehicles (typically trucks and other heavy vehicles).
Motorcycles will be listed with the class of 'Motorcycle'.
This label will not affect how tolls are charged.
As your vehicle passes through each toll point roadside equipment scans and measures its length and height. This information is used to determine vehicle class. Find out more about vehicle classes.
