Log in to your account
Select the 'Pay now' button
Enter the overdue payment amount in the 'Top up amount' section
Select your preferred payment method
Select 'continue' to pay the amount inputted
Once your payment has cleared, your account will be active and ready to use.
Open the Linkt app and log in.
Follow the prompts on the home screen to make a payment and restore your account to an active state.
If you’re using manual top-ups, make sure you add enough credit to cover upcoming trips and keep your account active
