Auto payments

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select Payment details from the menu
  3. Enter your Auto payment amount and Trigger amount
  4. Click Set up

 

Manual payments

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select Payment details from the menu
  3. Select Manual top-up and your low balance alert
  4. Click Set up
  5. Follow prompts to receive payment confirmation

If your account is active or low balance and your have top-up enabled:

  1. Open the Linkt app and log in
  2. Tap on the circle with the three dots on the right hand side of the status 'Auto top-up ON'
  3. Choose 'Quick top-up' amount
  4. Choose payment method
  5. Tap 'Pay'

Note: Ensure your Linkt app is the most up to date version.

 

If your account is non-active (overdue, overdrawn or suspended)

  1. Open the Linkt app and log in
  2. Follow the prompts on the home screen to make a payment and restore your account to an active state.
