My Melbourne Pass is currently suspended. What does this mean?
A Melbourne Pass becomes suspended when a credit card payment fails and more than $10 of charges are owing.
To reactivate your Melbourne Pass, log in and make a payment to restore the balance to $0. If you're having trouble logging in you can make a quick credit payment online. All you'll need is your pass number and a credit card.
If you travel on CityLink or EastLink while your Melbourne Pass is suspended, a toll invoice will be issued to the vehicle's owner. The invoice will include the unpaid tolls plus an administration fee.
