How do I claim the M5 South-West Cashback?

 

For former E-Way customers
With E-way, your Cashback and account statements came bundled together. With Linkt, we issue a separate Cashback statement at the end of each quarter.

 

Once you've registered for the M5 South-West Cashback Scheme, the quickest way to claim your rebate is online.

We'll email you when your quarterly Cashback statement is ready. Then you can use your computer or mobile device to lodge a claim.

  1. Using your mobile device, log in to your Linkt account
  2. Select Cashback and rebates from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. This may look a little different depending on your device operating system and browser.

  3. On the Cashback and rebates screen, select Submit a claim

  4. A secure Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Cashback Online Claim site will open. Follow the steps on the TfNSW website to submit your claim online.

  1. Log in to your Linkt account
  2. Click Cashback and rebates in the menu

  3. On the Cashback and rebates screen, Select Submit a claim

  4. A secure Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Cashback Online Claim site will open in a new window. Follow the steps on the TfNSW website to submit your claim online.

Unfortunately you cannot directly submit a Cashback claim via the Linkt app. 

If you search for Cashback using the Linkt App, you may find you have been directed to the Linkt website where you can use your mobile device to complete the steps required as detailed under mobile on this page.
