I haven't received my cashback or rebate statements
M5 South-West Cashback
You may not have received a Cashback statement if:
- there is a problem with your Cashback Scheme registration
- you didn't travel on the M5 South-West Motorway during that period
- it isn't yet due
Cashback statements are issued quarterly and are separate from your Tag and Tagless account statements.

For former E-Way customers
With E-way, your Cashback and account statements came bundled together. With Linkt, we issue a separate Cashback statement at the end of each quarter.
Your final E-Way statement, issued on 22 August, does not cover a full Cashback quarter, so it can’t yet be used to claim M5 South-West Cashback. We’ll email you at the end of your Cashback quarter when your trips are ready to claim.

If there's a statement missing for a particular period, it's likely there were no trips or transactions made during that time. When this happens, we don't generate a statement.
