Add, delete or replace a contact person on a Commercial Account
If you have a Commercial Account, you can add, delete or replace an authorised contact person on your account.
Authorised contacts from your business can access and manage your account.
Send an email request
Send an email request from a company email account to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining you’d like to add, delete or replace a contact person. Be sure to include the person’s:
- Contact number
- Email address
Send a written request by mail or fax
You or someone from your business can send a written request to update a contact person by mail or fax.
To send a written request, you’ll need:
- A business letterhead
- The new person’s name, contact number and email address
