I accidentally paid for a LinktGO trip that's not mine
If you've accidentally paid for a trip, send us a message to let us know why the trip isn't yours and our customer support team will get back to you.

Also note that we check all trips against toll point data to confirm you actually took the trip. If we don't receive confirmation of a trip that you've already paid for, we'll automatically refund that trip. This process can take up to 4 weeks.
