Why did I get a toll notice or invoice while using LinktGO?
There may be several reasons for receiving a toll notice or invoice:
- The vehicle you travelled in wasn't registered to LinktGO at the time you drove
- Your vehicle details were entered incorrectly - e.g., there was an error in the number plate and/or state of registration
- Your app access was blocked due to previous unpaid trips
