Find your username

If you can’t remember your username, you can find it online or using the Linkt app. 

  • Online
  • Linkt app
  1. Go to the login screen and select Find username
    screen
  2. Enter either your email address, mobile phone number or Linkt account number
  3. Click 'Find username'
  4. Choose to receive your username by SMS or email, then click 'Send username'
  5. Check your messages for a message from Linkt. If you do not receive a message be sure to check your junk folder.
  1. Open the Linkt app
  2. Select ‘Log in’
  3. Select ‘Forgotten your login details’
  4. Select ‘Forgotten username’
  5. Enter your email address, mobile phone number or Linkt account number
  6. Choose to receive your username by SMS or email
  7. Check your messages for a message from Linkt. If you do not receive a message be sure to check your junk folder.
