Manually top up your Prepaid Account
Before you travel, it’s important to make sure you have enough credit in your account to cover the cost of any toll road trips you make.
A convenient way to do this is to set up auto top up. With auto top up, when your balance drops below your top up trigger amount, we'll automatically charge your preferred payment method (bank account or payment card). If the payment is successful, the set top up amount is added to your account to cover your trips.
But if you prefer to top up your account manually, here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your account
- Select ‘Make a payment’ from the menu
- Enter the dollar amount you would like to top up
- Select a saved payment method or ‘Use other payment method’
- If you selected ‘Use other payment method’ enter the name on your card, card number, expiry and CVV
You can Save this card for future payments by checking the box - Select ‘Continue’ and then select ‘Pay now’
- You should see a payment confirmation
Top up without logging in
- Go to Quick account payments (from the bottom of the log in screen)
- Enter your account or pass number
- Enter the amount you’d like to top up and your card details
- Select ‘Continue’
- Select ‘Pay now’
- Open the Linkt app and log in
- On the Balance screen, select 'Top Up' to make a manual payment
- Enter the top up amount
- Choose your payment method and select ‘Pay’
Top up in person (account must be set to manual top up)
You can top up your account in person at participating retail outlets. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card, or cash. Find your nearest participating retail outlet.
Set a low balance reminder
If you want to pay with manual top up, you can set a low balance alert to remind you when your balance gets low. If you have a correctly installed tag, it will also beep 3 times when you drive through a toll point, reminding you to top up.
