How to find your travel and payment history
Your Linkt account makes it easy to report on your travel expenses. You can find your trip and payment history online or on the Linkt app.
View recent trips
If you have a tag, your trips will typically show in your account within 1–4 days of your travel. When you travel without a tag, or if your tag isn’t detected, trips can take up to 7 days to appear and sometimes longer.
If you’re concerned your trip details aren’t displaying correctly, please contact us.
To view and export the trip information required to complete your tax return or financial reporting, simply:
View your payment history
- Log in to your account
- Select ‘History’ from the menu
- Your history will display. You can change the view by selecting the ‘Trips’ or ‘Payments’ tab
- To filter by date range, select ‘Filter’ and enter the dates
- Select a trip to see more information
- Select ‘Export’ to export your trips or payments as a CSV or Excel file
View your statements
- Log in to your account
- Select ‘Statements’ from the menu
- Select the year you want to find statements for
- Select the arrow to expand the statement you want. You can choose to ‘Download statement’ to view a PDF or ‘Email PDF’ to send it to your email
If there's a statement missing for a particular period, it's likely because you didn't make any trips during that time.
View your payment history
- Open the Linkt app and select ‘History’ on the bottom of the screen
- Select a month or ‘Transactions’
- Select a trip to see details of the trip
- You can 'Save' or 'Share' the details of a selected trip
View your statements
- Open the Linkt app and select ‘History’ on the bottom of the screen
- Select ‘Statements’
- Tap on a statement to open
- You can 'Save' or 'Share' statements
