Account notifications by SMS, email and in-app
If your contact details (email address and mobile phone number) are on your account, we'll automatically notify you via email or SMS if:
- Your account balance is low
- Your account is overdue or overdrawn
- Your saved auto-payment card is expiring and/or has expired
- An auto-payment fails
- Your email address is incorrect or out of date
- We detect that your tag isn't beeping
- We detect your tag in a vehicle not listed on your account
- Your statement/invoice is available
- We detect if one of your vehicles has been added to a tolling account that is not yours
If you have the Linkt app installed on your phone, you can also choose to receive these alerts as app notifications.
What to do next
To make sure you don't miss out on these and other important account notifications:
- Log in to your Linkt account
- Select 'My details' from the menu
- Check your contact information is complete and correct, like your mobile, email and postal address
- Download the Linkt app and enable notifications
