Can I replace my E-way tag?
As long as your Tag account is active, if your old E-way tag stops working, is lost or stolen you can order a replacement tag.
Our tag health check can help you figure out if your tag is faulty, and will then guide you through how to return your old tag, and how to order a replacement online. You can replace a non-functioning tag free of charge, as long as you return the old tag.
Your replacement tag will come with a new holder. It will also come with a return-addressed envelope that you can use to return your old tag.
You have 21 days to return your old tag, after ordering a replacement tag.
If your tag is lost or stolen, you'll need to report it lost/stolen before ordering a new tag.
Tag non-return fees apply to lost tags.
