Allocate and deallocate tags on a Commercial account

Please note this if for Commercial accounts only. Consumer accounts do not need to allocate tags. Find out more.

When you allocate a tag to a vehicle, all tolls incurred by that tag will be tracked against the chosen vehicle. Unless you allocate a tag to a vehicle, all tolls will accrue to the tag only.

When allocating tags, you’ll need your tag serial number(s) handy.

 

To allocate tags to vehicles:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select Tags and holders from the menu on the right
  3. Under Manage your tag, search for the relevant tag using a vehicle licence plate number, tag serial number or fleet ID
  4. Scroll down to see the tag's details
  5. Click on the Allocate button and enter the licence plate number of the relevant vehicle
  6. Click on the search icon and confirm the licence plate number by clicking on it when it appears
  7. Click OK to confirm and finish the process

 

To deallocate:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select Tags and holders from the from the menu on the right
  3. Under Manage your tag, search for the relevant tag using a vehicle licence plate number, tag serial number or fleet ID
  4. Scroll down to see the tag’s details
  5. Click on Deallocate
  6. A pop-up will appear – click Yes to confirm
  7. Click OK to confirm and finish the process
