Allocate and deallocate tags on a Commercial account

Please note this if for Commercial accounts only. Consumer accounts do not need to allocate tags. Find out more.
When you allocate a tag to a vehicle, all tolls incurred by that tag will be tracked against the chosen vehicle. Unless you allocate a tag to a vehicle, all tolls will accrue to the tag only.
When allocating tags, you’ll need your tag serial number(s) handy.
To allocate tags to vehicles:
- Log in to your account
- Select Tags and holders from the menu on the right
- Under Manage your tag, search for the relevant tag using a vehicle licence plate number, tag serial number or fleet ID
- Scroll down to see the tag's details
- Click on the Allocate button and enter the licence plate number of the relevant vehicle
- Click on the search icon and confirm the licence plate number by clicking on it when it appears
- Click OK to confirm and finish the process
To deallocate:
- Log in to your account
- Select Tags and holders from the from the menu on the right
- Under Manage your tag, search for the relevant tag using a vehicle licence plate number, tag serial number or fleet ID
- Scroll down to see the tag’s details
- Click on Deallocate
- A pop-up will appear – click Yes to confirm
- Click OK to confirm and finish the process
