Change your licence plate number

If you want to change or edit the licence plate/registration number for a vehicle that is already on your account you will need Remove the vehicle from your account, then add it back with the correct registration.

Follow these steps to update your licence plate number:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Vehicles in the main menu.
  3. Find the vehicle with the licence plate you wish to edit and select Remove. A prompt will appear, select Confirm.
  4. Your vehicle will be deleted from the account. Now you can add it back with the correct licence plate number.

Reminder: If you've recently sold your vehicle, remember to remove it from your account so you’re not paying for someone else’s travel.

*Your Tag, Tagless or Commercial account can cover trips made up to 9 days ago on all toll roads in Queensland, NSW and Victoria, except for the Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel (NSW), or EastLink (Victoria).
