You can reset your password online or via the Linkt app at any time by following these steps:

  • Online
  • Linkt app
  1. Visit the reset my password page and enter your username

  2. After a few minutes, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS or email 

  3. Follow the instructions in the SMS or email and enter the verification code when prompted

  4. Enter and confirm your new password 

  1. Open the Linkt app
  2. Tap Log in

  3. Tap Forgotten your login details

  4. Tap Forgotten Password

  5. Enter your username

  6. After a few minutes, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS or email

  7. Follow the instructions in the SMS or email and enter the verification code when prompted

  8. Enter and confirm your new password
