Your Account PIN is a 6 to 8-digit number used as a quick and secure way to identify you when calling our call centre. It's also used for our automated telephone self-service functions.
Previously, some customers used a PIN to log in to their account. Now you need a password to log in and your PIN is used for telephone access only.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can change it by logging in to your account and selecting My details from the menu on the right, then clicking 'Edit' next to your Account PIN.
