A: You'll find your 10-digit account number on any statement issued from December 2017. If you receive your statements by email, you'll also find your account number in the statement email.
If the number you’re using has 8 digits, it might be your old go via customer number. Try adding 0001 to the end. For example: 1234 5678 becomes 1234 5678 0001
