Reactivate a suspended account
If your account is suspended, you have an amount owing. To reactivate your account and cover your toll road travel, you need to pay the amount owing.
To view your account status, any amounts owing and to make a payment, log in to your account online or via the Linkt app.
If you travel while your account is suspended, the trips won't be charged to your account. Instead, you'll be posted a toll invoice or notice. Toll invoices have additional fees, so it's recommended you reactivate your account to avoid these fees.
- Log in to your account
- The default screen is My Account, where you can see your account balance, account status and any amount due.
- To reactivate a suspended account, click Make a payment and pay the amount due. This brings your account balance back to $0. You will also need to ensure you have added sufficient credit in your account to be able to use your account to pay for tolls.
- Open the Linkt app.
- Tap Balance.
- Your account status is displayed at the top of the screen. An active account is green and a suspended account is red.
- To reactivate a suspended account, make a payment to bring your balance back to $0. Then ensure you have sufficient credit in your account to continue using your account to pay for tolls.
- A fast and convenient way to make a payment in the app is to use the quick payments slider. Tap Want a quicker way to top up? and toggle the Quick Payments Slider on. Enter the amount to pay and tap Save. The Quick Payments Slider now appears at the top of your Balance screen and you can instantly pay your nominated top-up amount by swiping the slider right.
