What to do if your payment card expires soon
If you make payments with a credit or debit card, it’s important to keep your card information up to date, including the expiry date. This is because if your card expires or we can’t validate the details we can’t take payments from it.
Auto payments
This is particularly important if you have set up auto payments. If we can’t validate your card details and your card has been removed from the system, your auto payments will continue to be processed but your account may become overdue or overdrawn, and you will be charged additional fees. Validating your card details
From time to time, we may send you an email or SMS asking you to validate your card details, including the expiry date, so that your payments continue to be processed. It’s important to do this quickly so that your payments are processed without issues.
Online safety
If you receive an email or SMS from Linkt asking you to validate your card details and you’re not sure it came from us, simply log in to your account from the Linkt website or app. Never click on links in a message if you’re not sure where it came from. Find out more about suspicious emails
