What to do if your credit card expires soon

If you’re making auto payments, it’s important to validate your card details—including the expiry date—so your payments continue to be processed. Otherwise your account may become overdue or overdrawn and you will be charged additional fees.

We may send you an email or SMS reminding you to update or validate your card details.

 

Validate your auto payment card details
If you receive an email from Linkt asking you to validate your card details and you’re not sure it came from us, simply log in to your account from the Linkt website or app. Never click on links in an email if you’re not sure where it came from. Find out more about suspicious emails

If you need to update or validate your auto payment card, log in to your account online or via the app.

To update your card

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Payment details.
  3. Enter your new payment card details or update the current card.
  4. Select Update to save your changes.

To update your card

  1. Select Update Payment Settings.
  2. Choose the card you wish to edit from the Payment methods list.
  3. Update the payment card's details.
  4. Select Save.
