Transurban Invoice Manager (TIM) is a free computer program that helps Linkt commercial customers analyse trip data and produce detailed reports and graphs of their toll road usage. It also assists with the calculation of fringe benefit tax obligations.

Downloading Transurban Invoice Manager

Download the free Transurban Invoice Manager (TIM) program from the Linkt website and use it to help analyse trip data and produce detailed reports and graphs of your Commercial account's toll road usage.

Importing invoices

Upload one or more raw data files extracted from your Commercial account's monthly zipped invoice file, to begin creating and analysing reports.

How to create and export a Summary Report

Once your raw data files are uploaded, download a Summary, Weekday or Business Hour report and personalise using the various selection criteria (i.e. licence plate number, tags, fleet ID).

Types of reports and outputs

Use the Transurban Invoice Manager (TIM) program to export personalised Summary, Weekday or Business Hour reports to analyse your account's toll road usage and assist with tax-related calculations such as fringe benefit tax obligations.
