Find your account number to set up a new username

You can use either your old 12-digit account number or your new 10-digit account number to create your new username.

Where can I find my new account number?  

Your new 10-digit account number will appear on your next statement. If you receive your statements by email, your new account number will also appear in the statement email. 

Where can I find my old account number? 

Your old go via account number had 12-digits. You can find it in the top right-hand corner of any go via statement issued before October 2017. 

You’ll also find it in any monthly or quarterly statement emails issued before October 2017. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line Download your go via tax invoice statement now from do_not_reply@govia.com.au. Your account number should be at the very top of the email, just below your name.
