About opening a Linkt account
You can open a Prepaid or Postpaid Account online or on the Linkt app. You can apply for a Commercial Account online (applications are subject to a credit check).
Prepaid Account
- Pay online, on the Linkt app, or in person at participating retailers
- Manage account online or on the Linkt app
Postpaid Account
- Pay online or on the Linkt app
- Manage account online or on the Linkt app
Commercial Account
- Pay with monthly invoicing
- Manage account online
Details you need to open an account
Your contact details, including your:
- Name
- Contact address
- Email address
- Phone number
Details of one vehicle you want linked to your account, including:
- Licence plate number
- Make and model
Once your account is open, you can add or remove vehicles.
Payment details, including either your:
- Payment card (credit or debit card)
- Bank account (BSB and account number)
When you pay for your tolls with a payment card, you may be charged a payment card surcharge. You can avoid this surcharge by making payments with your bank account or paying with direct debit.
Once set up, you can manage your account online and you can close your account at any time.
