How can I save on toll notice fees?
If you've travelled on a Sydney toll road without a valid tolling account or pass, you may inadvertently find yourself with a handful of toll notices to pay.
If that's you, you can use your tolling account to pay your outstanding Sydney toll notices. We'll reduce the admin fee when you transfer the toll notices to your account. You'll pay the lower transfer fee instead.
The transfer fee will vary depending on the toll road you've used:
For Westlink M7 you'll pay $1.90 to transfer a first notice (saving $8.10) or $2.90 for a follow-up notice (saving $17.10).
For all other Sydney toll roads you'll pay $1.10 for a first notice (saving $8.90) or $2.20 for a follow-up notice (saving $17.80).
Already have an account?
- Search for outstanding toll notices
- Select Charge these trips to my account and use your account number to complete the request
Haven't got an account?
- Open a Tag or Tagless account
- Using your new account number, search for outstanding toll notices
- Select Charge these trips to my account and use your account number to complete the request
You’ll need to ensure your account is setup to cover the cost of the tolls and transfer fee. If you have a Tag account, check that there are enough funds in your account. If you have a Tagless account your payment details must be up to date.
This offer is only available for toll notices less than 2 years old. This offer does not apply if your unpaid toll notices have already been referred to a debt collection agency and/or you have more than 3 unpaid toll notices owing against your licence plate number on any one toll road.
