What happens if my Everyday Account falls below the minimum balance requirement?
An Everyday Account must have a positive balance to remain active.
If your balance gets low, your tag will beep 3 times as it passes through a toll point. If this happens, you should top up your account before your next trip. If you continue to travel without topping up, your account will be suspended.
When your account is suspended, your tag will beep 4 times as it passes through a toll point. If you continue to travel on toll roads a toll invoice will be sent to the vehicle's owner. You'll need to restore your account to a positive balance to reactivate it. It can take up to 48 hours for your payment to be processed.
