Europcar is Linkt Customer Rewards exclusive vehicle rental partner.  You can save up to 20% off the base rate^ during non-school holiday periods and 15% off the base rate^ during school holiday periods* for rental car bookings in Australia & New Zealand. You also save 15% off the base rate^ on all bookings outside Australia and New Zealand.

Things you need to know

  • How to redeem your Europcar rewards

    To redeem your Europcar offer:

    1. Open the Linkt app

    2. Tap the 'Rewards' tab

    3. Tap on the Europcar offer to reveal offer details

    4. Agree to the offer T&Cs and consent to receive promotional communications from Linkt

    5. Tap 'Redeem' to go to the partner offer landing page 

    6. Make your booking with the partner – your discount will be automatically applied

  • Sharing your rewards

    You need to access the Europcar offer through the Linkt app.

    Linkt Customer Rewards is available to all Linkt account holders (excluding passes and Commercial Accounts). So, if you have more than one person on your account, there's no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in to the Linkt app with their username and password to access the rewards.

  • Can I combine my rental car offer from Linkt with other Europcar offers?

    The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Europcar promotion.

    If you are a member of a frequent flyer program, and Europcar is a partner of this program all your qualifying Europcar rentals will earn points if you correctly provide your frequent flyer membership details at the time of booking. See Europcar for more details.

  • Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

     

    No. Linkt Customer Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Having trouble redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards?

    Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards: 

    • Retrying after seeing an error. If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens, try redeeming the offer again.

    • Updating your app to the latest version. To access Linkt Customer Rewards, you'll need the latest version of the Linkt app. 

    • Checking your Linkt account is not suspended. If your account is suspended, you won't have access to Linkt Customer Rewards. You'll need to make a payment on your account to bring your account out of suspension and access the rewards program.

    If you are still having trouble accessing or redeeming your rewards, contact our customer care team. 

 

* “Base Rate” means the price charged by Europcar for the length of the booking and the kilometres travelled. As such, the discount excludes Premium Location Surcharge, License & Admin Fees, GST, compulsory fees (such as a One Way Fee) or optional extras (such as GPS or child seats).  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
 
#School holiday periods” means: 24th June 2023 to 16th July 2023; 16th September 2023 to 8th October 2023; 20th December 2023 to 5th January 2024; 29th March 2024 to 21st April 2024; 29th June 2024 to 21st July 2024; 21st September 2024 to 12th October 2024; 19th December 2024 to 5th January 2025.
