Redeem Linkt Customer Rewards
Go to the 'Rewards' page
Click 'Redeem offer' to reveal your barcode
Show the barcode that's revealed at any Shell Coles Express the next time you fill up to get your fuel discount. You can show it on your smartphone, or print it – just make sure any print out is clear, and isn't stretched, pixellated or a different size
- Use your fuel discount on the following fuel types:
- V-Power
- Premium 98
- Unleaded 95
- Unleaded 91
- Unleaded E10
- Diesel
Offer terms exclude LPG and AdBlue. Minimum fill 2 litres, maximum 150 litres per transaction.

Accessing your rewards
You can redeem the fuel offer and scan your barcode once every day. A new barcode will be available by 9am the next calendar day.
Your fuel barcode is valid for the term of the fuel offer with Shell Coles Express. Each barcode can only be used once. See the terms and conditions for more information.
Where to redeem your rewards
The fuel discount can be redeemed at any Shell Coles Express fuel station in Australia. Find your nearest Shell Coles Express fuel station using:
Sharing your rewards
The fuel discount offer must be accessed through your Linkt or LinktGO account.
While you can't give a friend or family member your barcode, you can fill up their vehicle and redeem your fuel discount when you pay in-store at any Shell Coles Express.
Linkt Customer Rewards is available to all Linkt and LinktGO account holders (excluding passes and Commercial Accounts). So if you have more than one person on your account, there's no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in to the account with their username and password to access rewards.
Problems redeeming your rewards in store
To view your barcode on your smartphone or tablet device, you will need to have access to Wi-Fi or a stable internet connection – make sure you test this before trying to redeem your discount in store.
If you’re having trouble scanning your barcode:
- Check your screen brightness is set to maximum
- Remove your screen cover if you have one
- Place the barcode directly under the scanner
- Try varying the distance between your device and the scanner
- Check printed barcodes are original size and aren't pixellated or stretched
Problems accessing your rewards on your account
If you're having trouble accessing your rewards, try:
- Updating your app to the latest version
To access Linkt Customer Rewards you'll need the latest version of the Linkt or LinktGO app. Please ensure you update the app before trying to access the rewards program.
- Checking your Linkt account is not suspended, or your LinktGO app isn't blocked
If your account is suspended or LinktGO app is blocked, you won't have access to Linkt Customer Rewards. You'll need to make a payment on your account to access to the rewards program.
- Retrying after seeing an error
If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens try redeeming the offer again.
