Go to the 'Rewards' page

Agree to the offer terms

Click 'Redeem offer' to reveal your barcode

Show the barcode that's revealed at any Shell Coles Express the next time you fill up to get your fuel discount. You can show it on your smartphone, or print it – just make sure any print out is clear, and isn't stretched, pixelated or a different size

How to redeem your fuel offer on the Linkt app
To redeem your fuel discount:

Open the Linkt app

Tap the 'Rewards' tab

Tap on the Shell Coles Express offer

If this is your first time accessing the Linkt rewards, navigate through the onboarding screen and accept the offer terms

Show the barcode that's revealed at any Shell Coles Express the next time you fill up to get your fuel discount

Use your fuel discount on the following fuel types:

V-Power

Premium 98

Unleaded 91

How many times can I redeem?

You can redeem the fuel offer and scan your barcode once every day. A new barcode will be available after 9am the next calendar day. 

Your fuel barcode is valid for the term of the fuel offer with Shell Coles Express. Each barcode can only be used once. See the terms and conditions for more information.
Where can I redeem the fuel discount?
You can redeem the fuel discount at any Shell Coles Express fuel station in Australia. Find your nearest Shell Coles Express fuel station using:

Problems redeeming your fuel offer in-store?
To view your barcode on your smartphone or tablet device, you will need access to Wi-Fi or a stable internet connection – make sure you test this before trying to redeem your discount in-store.

If you’re having trouble scanning your barcode:

Check that your screen brightness is set to maximum

Remove your screen cover if you have one

Place the barcode directly under the scanner

Try varying the distance between your device and the scanner

Check printed barcodes are the original size and aren't pixelated or stretched 
Sharing your rewards

You must access the fuel discount offer through your Linkt account.

While you can't give a friend or family member your barcode, you can fill up their vehicle and redeem your fuel discount when you pay in-store at any Shell Coles Express.

Linkt Customer Rewards is available to all Linkt consumer account holders (excluding passes and Commercial Accounts). So, if you have more than one person on your account, there's no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in to the account with their username and password to access the rewards.
Combine rewards from Linkt with other offers

Redeem your 4c per litre* Linkt fuel discount, stack with a valid Coles supermarket docket^#, and spend $20 instore at Shell Coles Express on eligible products^# to save up to 22c per litre on fuel.

When you redeem a Coles 4c shopper docket, Shell Coles Express will double it to 8c per litre^{^} until 28 December 2023.

Exclusions: This discount excludes any other offers by Viva Energy, unless stated otherwise. If you show any other Viva Energy-funded fuel discount offer for redemption from any other party e.g. flybuys, Shell Racing Team app (in addition to the fuel offer from Linkt), only the highest cents per litre fuel discount barcode will be redeemable. If all the Viva Energy funded fuel discount offers have the same cents per litre discount value, then only the first fuel discount offer presented will be redeemed.
Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

No. Linkt Customer Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
Having trouble redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards?
Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards:

Retrying after seeing an error. If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens, try redeeming the offer again.

Updating your app to the latest version. To access Linkt Customer Rewards, you'll need the latest version of the Linkt app.

Checking your Linkt account is not suspended. If your account is suspended, you won't have access to Linkt Customer Rewards. You'll need to make a payment on your account to bring your account out of suspension and access the rewards program.
