Have you been scammed?
If you responded to a communication from someone claiming to be Linkt and it appears to be suspicious, contact us in one of the following ways:
- contact us for immediate assistance
- report the incident to us using our online form
If you supplied your financial information, including credit card details, get in touch with your financial institution straight away.
We will never email or SMS you to ask for your financial information, or your login details including your password. We may ask you to verify your personal details to authenticate your identity when we speak to you over the phone.
Reasons we might contact you
We may email or SMS you from time to time about your account, asking you to:
- Update your account information such as your email address
- Update your payment details, for example if a payment has failed or if your card is near its expiry date
You can update your details using our website or app. We will never ask you to update financial information by SMS, but we may give you the option to update your email address by replying to an SMS.
If you ’re concerned about opening links or replying by SMS, you can update your details by logging in using the Linkt website at linkt.com.au or the Linkt app.
