Email or SMS from Linkt to update your payment details
We’re updating our payment systems 22 August, so all payment cards will need to meet additional security requirements. In preparation for this, we’ve run a series of tests to verify our customers’ cards meet these requirements.
If you have a Visa or Mastercard saved on your account, you may have received an email or SMS from Linkt, notifying you that your card has failed to meet these requirements and must be updated.
What to do next
If you’ve received an email or SMS from Linkt about your card, please log in to your account and add your payment card details, including an expiry date.
You can do this online or via the app.
If your card has failed these requirements and isn’t updated by 22 August, it will be removed from your account. If you have auto payments setup, these will be declined and will need to be restarted with a valid payment method.
Stay safe online
We'll never send you an email or SMS requesting you to reply directly with your payment card details.
If you receive an email from Linkt asking you to update your details and you’re not sure it came from us, simply log in to your account from the Linkt website or app. Never click on links in an email if you're not sure where the email came from. Find out more about how to spot a hoax message.
