Phone calls
We'll never ask you to provide payment details or personal login details. However, we'll ask you to verify your personal details to authenticate your identity when we speak to you over the phone.
Email & SMS
We will never send you an email or SMS requesting you to reply with your personal details, username or password, or your payment card details. Make sure you're always logging in to the Linkt website or Linkt app by navigating to linkt.com.au to update any account information.
What to do
If you've received an SMS or email from someone claiming to be Linkt and they've asked you to share your personal details, including credit card details or login information, you may have been the target of cyber fraud. You should immediately:
- Delete the email or SMS
- Contact us if you replied to the message, or downloaded any attachments
- DO NOT click on or open any links or attachments
