Our support options include:
- Payment extension plans
- Toll credit support (for active Linkt accounts)
- Advising state enforcement groups and other toll road operators of your situation (if you’d like us to)

If you are a financial counsellor, legal advisor or community welfare organisation working with a client who has tolling debt, we’ll work with you to tailor a solution.

You can email an authorisation form to us at FCLinktAssist@transurban.com. If required, you can download and complete our Letter of Authorisation form.
