How do I order a replacement tag?
This information is for consumer Tag accounts only. If you have a Commercial account, please follow the Commercial account Tag ordering process
If your tag isn't beeping when you pass through toll points, it may be faulty. Before ordering a replacement, take the tag health check to ensure your tag is installed correctly.
Once completed, you can order a replacement tag online or via the Linkt app following these steps:

We’re currently experiencing some delays in our tag return process. This means it may take longer for us to remove your old tags from your account and apply any adjustments.
Select Tags and holders from the menu
Select on This tag is not beeping and follow the prompts
Lost tags
Select Tags and holders from the menu
Select This tag is lost or stolen and follow the prompts
