What happens if I don't pay my toll invoice or demand notice?
If you don't pay your toll invoice by the due date, a demand notice will be issued to the vehicle’s owner, this will include an additional administration fee.
If you don't pay this notice, the vehicle's owner may receive a fine from the Department of Transport and Main Roads or the Brisbane City Council, or be referred to a debt collection agency. This will include a fine of $201.
