How to transfer a toll invoice to an account
You can transfer a toll invoice to your Linkt account. Once it's in your account, you can pay using your account balance or preferred payment method.
If your account is suspended, you’ll need to reactivate your account before you can complete the transfer.
You can also transfer your toll invoice to another toll operator. This includes when your Linkt account is in a different state to where the toll invoice was issued.
Transfer options for each account
Before you can transfer a toll invoice to a Prepaid Account, your account balance needs to have enough funds for you to pay for it. We’ll display a recommended top up amount to help ensure your balance can cover any future toll road trips you make.
When you transfer a toll invoice to your Postpaid Account, the invoice amount gets added to your unpaid balance. This balance then gets taken from your card or bank account at the end of the day, just as it would if you made a trip.
When you transfer a toll invoice to your Commercial Account, the outstanding amount will be added to your monthly invoice.
