What happens if I don't pay my toll notice?
It is unlawful in NSW to fail to pay road tolls when due.
If you don't pay your toll notice by the due date, a final toll notice will be issued, this will include an additional toll notice administration fee.
If the final toll notice remains unpaid by the due date, you may receive an overdue toll notice reminder via email, SMS or phone call or be issued with an infringement notice from Revenue NSW (this will include an infringement notice charge of $211). If you do not pay your overdue toll notice(s) you may be referred to a Debt Collection Agency (DCA). Failure to pay may result in prosecution.
Avoid fees and fines by paying your toll notice by the due date. You can pay a toll notice online, by using the Linkt app or in person. View your payment options or refer to your printed toll notice for more information. If you are having difficulty paying your tolls, we may be able to help.
