Why have I received an email or SMS reminder about an unpaid toll notice?

Overdue toll notices are sent by email or SMS when a vehicle registered in your name travelled on a Sydney toll road without a valid toll account or pass. This reminder is a follow-up to an unpaid toll notice and final toll notice that were both posted to the vehicle’s registered address.

The toll notice is now overdue.

When both the first toll notice and the final toll notice go unpaid you may be contacted by email or SMS using the contact details linked to your vehicle registration. Transport for NSW (TfNSW) provides your contact details to us in accordance with clause 133 of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017 (NSW), and clause 104A of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2017 (NSW) and we use these contact details in accordance with the Transurban Privacy Policy.
