Buying a pass
How passes work
A pass is a convenient option if you only use toll roads occasionally. A pass is valid for up to 30 days. Whenever you pass through a toll point, our cameras will read your licence plate number and you'll charged for tolls based on toll points or distance, as well as vehicle matching fees of $0.75 per trip (the vehicle matching fee may differ in other states). You can calculate your trip cost by using our Sydney toll calculator.
It can take up to 21 days to finalise your account after your pass expires. This payment will settle outstanding tolls and fees totalling less than $10.
You can buy a pass before you travel or within 5 days of your trip to avoid a toll notice.
