How can we help?

If you received a toll invoice but you weren’t driving

If you received a toll invoice and you didn’t travel on a toll road, it might be because:

  • You recently sold your vehicle
  • Someone else was driving your vehicle
  • Your vehicle or licence plates were stolen

If your vehicle or licence plates were stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. You'll need to provide us with a copy of the police report or the Incident Report Number, and the name of the police station where the vehicle or licence plate was reported stolen.

Nominate another driver

If someone else was driving, you can transfer the notice to that person. This is called a toll notice nomination and can only be done twice per invoice.

You should do this at least 10 days before the due date indicated on the toll notice.

  1. Download and complete a statutory declaration form. You will need to provide:
    • the other driver’s name and address; and
    • this must be witnessed and signed by an 'authorised person' (eg: a legal practitioner or a Justice of the Peace).
  2. Complete a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice.
  3. Post your completed statutory declarations to:

    Toll Compliance Management
    Locked Bag 5004
    Parramatta NSW 2124
