Installing tags on metallic windscreens
If you have a metallic UV resistant windscreen, you may be having trouble installing your tag. Usually, there's a special area around the rear-view mirror where you can mount your tag. This area may be lighter than the rest of the windscreen or marked with a layer of black dots.
You can check your vehicle's owner manual to see if this applies to your vehicle, and where to install your tag so it works properly. If your tag still doesn't beep after being correctly installed, it might be faulty or have a flat battery. Use our tag health check to find out.
