Understanding tolls and fees
Tolls are the price charged for travelling on a toll road. The cost is calculated electronically, based on when and where you travel, and your vehicle class.
Fees are separate charges that may apply in certain circumstances and depend on the type of account or pass you have.

Account and pass fees
Toll notice admin fees
If you travel without a pass or account, we’ll send the vehicle’s owner a toll demand notice. A toll notice includes the unpaid toll and an administration fee. If the toll notice remains unpaid, we’ll send a final toll notice with an additional administration fee.

How to save on toll notice fees
If you travel on Brisbane toll roads without a valid tolling account or pass, you will be paying more to travel. To avoid paying the toll notice fees, all you need to do is choose a Linkt account or pass that suits your needs.

GST in toll prices and trip charges
Goods and services tax (GST) is a government tax that’s added to goods and services in Australia. GST is calculated on each individual toll road trip.
