Toll credit support available through Linkt Assist

Available from 1 January 2021

Toll credit support is now available to Linkt customers experiencing financial difficulty to cover the cost associated with essential toll road travel, where taking a free alternative route isn’t reasonably possible. It’s a one-off credit, applied directly to eligible customer accounts.

Some examples of travel that may be eligible for toll credit support include:

  • Emergency situations including medical emergencies, family violence and natural disasters (e.g.floods, bushfires)
  • Travel to and from medical treatments or support services for serious conditions
  • Caring or visiting family members or co-dependents with a serious medical condition

Non-essential toll road travel includes trips that can be taken on a free alternative route for activities required in everyday life, such as shopping, non-urgent or standard medical appointments, school or childcare, or going to work.

To apply, complete the Linkt Assist form from 1 January 2021.
