When you've travelled without a tag, pass or valid account

You have two options to pay for your trip:

    • Purchase a road pass - to pay for your recent travel and cover trips made up to 3 days ago.
    • Open an account - to pay for your recent travel and cover trips made up to 9 days ago.

To avoid a $10.18 admin fee, pay for your trip within 9 days of travel

If you don't purchase a pass or open an account within 10 days of travel

    • You will receive a toll invoice - this will include your toll amount plus an additional $10.18 admin fee plus $0.58 vehicle matching fee. You will have 14 days to pay.

    • If you do not pay, you will receive a Notice of Demand - this will include your toll amount plus an increased admin fee of $28.52 plus a $0.58 vehicle matching fee. You will have 32 days to pay.

      • Start a civil debt recovery process - if you are contacted by a debt collection agency and do not pay, the matter may go to court.
      • Receive an infringement notice - the fee will now be $201 for each infringement notice from Brisbane City Council or the Queensland Tolling Offence Unit. You will have 28 days to pay.

Linkt Assist will no longer be available to you for financial support once you receive an infringement notice or the matter goes to court
